- Guest Speaker – Dr. Arthur Boyer is a candidate for Collier County School Board, District 5. He will work to defend and protect the best interests of our current and future students and our Collier families. Dr. Boyer has been an educator for almost two decades, contributing his skills and knowledge at multiple professional, academic, and vocational institutions around Southwest Florida. He has published and presented extensively on education, leadership, community development, and civic engagement.
